Having understood that the quality of its products and services is directly connected to the competency of its labour, H.M. Métal carefully selects its employees. The recruitment service takes care to hire the best possible candidates, who are then trained to further hone their skills.

HM Métal inc. is accredited by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB, CSA W47.1, W59, W47.2M (aluminium) and the ISO-9001 quality standard (version 2008). Moreover, HM Métal is accredited by Transport Canada for trailer manufacturing.

 

The company has a quality assurance department whose job is to ensure that the quality system is applied and the company’s goals are reached in this area.

H.M. Métal obtained the Construction contractor's licence in June of 2000 (R.B.Q. # 8258-9342-20), authorizing it to carry out installation work.
